Your role

Main Responsibilities

• Formulate training plans for retail team in China and identify training needs to align with corporate objectives
• Work closely with Wholesale Team to provide different types of training support for retailers and franchised boutiques
• Develop and deliver training modules including company and brand history, products, sales ritual and technical trainings for frontline staff
• Organize the Mystery Shopper Program to uplift the service standard and drive retail excellence
• Conduct regular store visits and field coaching to monitor the effectiveness of the training programs and ensure the execution of frontline talent development
• Liaise with Department Heads to conduct cooperate trainings such as RJC, Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Bribery, etc.
• Work closely with Headquarter for the roll-out of new training initiatives / modules, customizing the training plans and translating them into local culture
• Coordinate with external consultancy on management, soft-skill trainings and training events
• Liaise with Headquarter, Retail and Wholesale Teams to provide pre-event Training support and co-ordination
• Co-ordinate the roll-out and training schedule of e-learning curriculum
• Build and maintain a network of "Best-in-class" practices taking place in the industry and share them within the region
• Control and monitor the training budget and ensure cost effectiveness
• Reporting including monthly training summary, training needs analysis etc. for management review
• Handle training administrative work incl. keeping training records and logistics
• Perform on ad-hoc project as assigned
