Your role :

• Create reports to forecast product demand/sales and production requests.
• Support boutiques and sales reps to forecast products demand/sales and establish company as the partner of choice for all stakeholders.
• Allocation of products to different markets in the US to ascertain effective sales. Source products.
• Ensure excellence in service to boutiques and wholesale customers. Make price adjustments for consigned items.
• Reception of orders from boutiques, retailers, e-commerce and inventory team for North and South America.
• Create weekly reports to follow up on consignment items sold. Analyze list of returns to determine possible quality patterns.
• Inquire with production facilities about stock availability and delivery schedules. Make price adjustments of High Jewelry items based on agreed margins.
• Act as liaison between retailer and the High Jewelry department. Participate to the wholesale success by generating additional sales through tight coordination with Account Manager.
• Identify opportunities with retailers. Consignment oversight.
• Special events preparation and participation.
• Assist boutiques and sales reps in preparation and execution of special events such as private sales or trunk shows.
• Reconciliation of quarterly inventory and analysis and adjustment of discrepancies.
• Analysis of inventory levels by customer to determine exchange or new allocation of products.
